Back is one of the biggest muscle groups in the human body. It includes many different muscles, and in general is quite important. It can make you look wider and also gives more easthetic look if you train it properly.
So if you want to work on your back, but you do not have the time or simply do no want to joint a gym, you can work it from home.

Since the back can be properly trained with simply doing pull ups, you don’t really need any machines, but having few dumbells or a barbell could be even great for e more complete exercising of that muscle group.
